Welcome to my site, Embodied Transformations, which is presently under construction. I am Rob Cohen, and I have studied how to teach people to achieve embodied transformations since 1979.  I studied for 2 years with Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, and for 3 + years with Anat Baniel, his foremost student and the originator of The Anat Baniel Method and the Anat Baniel Method for Children, both based on the work of Dr. Feldenkrais. I help infants through seniors learn how to overcome the physical and mental limitations that compromise their quality of life.   I have also been a student of natural vision re-education since 1974. I have learned that Dr. William H Bates, the originator of The Bates Method of Vision improvement was correct when he stated that vision is just as capable of healing as a broken bone or the common cold. It is silly to think that every part of the body can heal other than the eyes. I have used what I have learned to both improve my own vision from being unable to read even large print without glasses and suffering terrible unremitting eyestrain, to being pain and glasses free for all that I do. I also help others to make huge changes to their eyesight whether their problems are your garden variety near sightedness, far sightedness, "old-age" farsightedness or presbyopia, astigmatism, or severe problems that leave one nearly blind such as Retinitus Pigmentosa.
